Operations and routing

Any transfers for the SRY should be handled by New Westminister, anything from CN to IMEX/Fraser Surrey Docks you can handle and send right back.

SRY that comes from CP, goes back to CP, same with CN

All the traffic you get from New West (which creates your locals) should go back to them after working, or if you feel adventureous, split the traffic at Fraser Surrey for CP/CN/BNSF depending on if you know a particular shortline goes on whatever class 1 you have.
